      Flex hours allow employees to adjust to personal life and work life

      Being that it is a factory, it is based on the outskirt of the city and so the commute is far from downtown financial district.

      Pros

      If you want to work for the 800 lb gorilla in the industry, then this is the place. Plenty of exposure and access to the EMS and Services marketplace. Opportunities to work on a wide and varied array of projects across every industry touched in any way by an electronic device.

      Cons

      Poor overall culture. There are multiple "silos" within "silos". Left hand often is completely unaware of what the right is doing. You will get little direction, mentoring or training here. If you're self sufficient and confident and driving your agenda, you can succeed. If you require (or just desire) and strong mgmt team to set direction and drive results, you're in trouble here.
