You have to be in the loop to know. If you're not friends with the right people, example supervisors, your job will be at risk. They write up and fire people off data that they barely understand themselves, and sometimes I heard it was false data. Plus there are lots of other techs there that have been there for years only shipping 2 units a day, but still have jobs because they're friends with management. Oh and don't expect to have a life outside of this company. There was a supervisor that got fired for having four children to take care of.

There are many more less than wonderful people - some of this may be a matter of the type of employees who end up in EMS as opposed to OEM and some are good people who are simply under way too much stress from a ridiculous workload, disorganization, low-quality coworkers, and a culture than almost openly encourages hostility and confrontation
