      Amazing Projects !

      Pros

      1. The breadth of projects you will work on is huge. 2. The firm helps you work in different departments if you want and it easy to move, provided it is on the same site. 3. Flex is known in the industry so you will end up working with almost all major consumer technology companies you can think of.

      Cons

      1. Promotions are non-existent if your reporting manager is not known among the site management. It doesn't matter how hard you work. Period. 2. Hubris approach all over the place with zero accountability and rampant politics.

      Pros

      Money Overtime Time off Great culture ( but only amongst other techs not management I feel bad for them)

      Cons

      No room to grow they lie about promotions and raises changing the schematics so u cant get a raise changing schedules without notice stop pitting the temps against the direct hires its a horrible thing to do actually "TRAIN" the new hires , its a bunch of techs on that floor who have no idea of the process, safety, etc security is extremely unqualified ( learn some sensitivity training)

      Minimal diversity & inclusion in the upper ranks; too many lay-offs to feel secure or motivate the teams; salaries not commensurate with current market value.
