Pros
-you can learn a lot about all kinds of manufacturing technologies -sometimes they send you to trainings to learn about industrial robots, PLCs and more -good place to learn about people and how to interact with them -colleagues are helpful most of the time
Cons
-even a wrong decision is a good decision when it's fast kind of point of view -due to the lack of qualified staff everybody's overwhelmed -most of the managers are pushing without thinking about the consequences beforehand. -it's a multinational company, they could let you go without warning in the first place. -salary could be low if you stay for long, new hires will get higher pase pay. Best to stay for a couple of years, find something better paying job, then wait until they call for you again and ask for a much higher base salary, then repeat this after a couple of years.
