      I had a great time working with people and made a lot of new friends who are always willing to help me for any reason.

      Pros

      Very nice people; got along well with everyone. Everyone was very helpful; lots of team bonding/group activities. Not a competitive place to work; no strict management.

      Cons

      The company has very bad management because tasks were not appropriately delegated. Some had to more than others and some did not do their job at all.

      Pros

      Flextronics is a good place to work if all you are doing is looking for a pay check, the benefits (medical and health) plans are good, and the work environment is good as well.

      Cons

      I you are looking to be promoted and or expecting raises Flextronics is not a place to work, there performance plans and evaluation are very difficult to be promoted in raises are very had to come by.

      - If you can find a good manager, they'll work for you - Decent cafeteria; daily lunches with plenty of options and relatively decent quality of food

      Cons

      - Non-competetive pay - Rare raises - Weak bonuses (based on global company performance) - Weak PTO system - No work-life balance; often weekend requirements with no compensation for salaried employees, and looked down upon when you refuse weekend work - Complete lack of professionalism - No training whatsoever - Getting help on projects is nonexistent - Only career moves you can make here are lateral; different projects under different managers
