Where. To. Begin. Flextronics/flex used to be so great. Our senior management often recognized achievements (and anniversaries). Once they brought in senior management from the failed vzn project, everything started going down hill. Not only did we have people in charge that were in charge of a project that failed, they didn't know what our jobs, on the front line, were. I am of the belief that those in upper management should know what their front line does and can do it themselves. That was not the case. Directive were constantly changing, without input from those that would have to implement them. So many failed ideas that ultimately hurt the customer in the long run. And the cherry on top is now they are completely shattering the current project. After a disastrous 2 years under this leadership. I fell so bad for all of my former coworkers who are know scrambling to find employment when they busted their butts to fulfill these lofty goals that were set.
