Amazing culture! You can see everyone's passion for their work. Mature, professional work environment where they truly want to develop the employees. Servant leadership model. Transparency and quarterly town halls allow a high level view of what's happening with the company.

Cons

There is a good bit of change is happening as the company grows, but they think through the changes and check and adjust as needed.
