      Horrible Merger

      Pros

      Virtually nothing. The sales staff are given bogus targets with minimal to no technical support.

      nothing works. We have merged with another bogus comp

      People are an afterthought

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for impact and driving much needed improvement.

      Cons

      Flexera panicked and fired hundreds at the beginning of COVID. I fear for the families of current employees with the coming recession. Incompetent HR. Beware.

      Good benefits, work on your own schedule easily

      Cons

      Lack of vision for early career employees and very limited career development. Fired team above us, a portion of our team and a total of 10% of the company on a couple MS Teams calls. Some had been there up to 15+ years. No standards for the team were in place when I was there. Culture of stealing leads from colleagues
