      100% agree that we need to have more physical meet-ups when it's safe to do so. Our employees tell us they like our hybrid/flexible work environment, but miss their colleagues. There is a way to do both.

      Pros

      Brilliant culture through out the organisation. Open honest approach which is led from the top down. Good work-life balance in a company that offers you great autonomy but also offers lots of opportunity for you to advance your skillet and career

      be good to see more people in the office but I'm sure that will change with time

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our cutlure. Agree that we are taking a cautious approach to opening offices and we can't wait to get everyone (safely) together while still offering flexible/hybrid and 100% remote options.
