      Pros

      The company doesn't hesitate nor wait to trust employees. They are invited to try, learn and be successful/fail. It's a real pleasure to work in such a positive and collaborative international environment. The Senior Leadership team shares with transparency all decisions and results. Management is accountable and takes score. The company’s vision of the market is mature. The company also provide the market with research which adds credibility to the vision. Flexera is a great place for junior employee to learn and grow. It is also a great place for senior employee willing to have an impact on the company and its customers.

      Sometimes difficult to maintain work life balance.

      -Empowers employers to grow and learn new skills -A fantastic products portfolio that actually help customers save millions -Fully engaged CEO, Open and honesty -Customer focused and actually acts on the feedback given -Management fully supportive of ideas and actually help you realize them

      Cons

      This is definitely not a cons comment its more of a recommendation. We help with so many complex IT environment for our customers, maybe it would be great to simplify some of the offerings for our internal team members e.g. sales. Thanks.
