Pros

SLT communicates openly and direct with employees. Not saying they will cater to all your wishes and desires, but you know what you get. Products are relevant in current climate and add tons of value to the prospect customer Company grows through M&A which causes some struggles implementing tech and teams into organisation, but for long term this is a good thing for Flexera

Micro management... No real other cons
