      Very talented team with experience in a variety of fields. Good scope for career growth and personal development. Company is pushing into new areas through a combination of development and acquisition.

      Cons

      Need to constantly learn. Fighting against cut-price competitors. Organization is about individual performers, and the support they get from the wider team.
