The offices were spacious with great views. I did not have anyone over seeing my work in the Bay Area. Lots of autonomy.

Cons

They fired a lot of people.

Benefits, unlimited PTO, salary is decent, culture is great in general.

Cons

- very toxic work environment - no work-life balance - no training for new employees (expectations that you somehow learn on your own with minimal resources) - very high-stress and low reward - everything is about making a profit (which is probably a Private company should be about - but that was too much from my point of view) - turnover is high, therefore, people don't know what they are doing sometimes
