Pros

Strong team, from backend developers, front end, sys ops, testing, product, they are all great to work with, know what to do, with little hand holding. Great culture with the office, can only speak for Belfast. Keep it up. Young team in terms of length of time together, all willing to listen to any opinion. Great benefits package, one of the best in Belfast.

Great CEO. Really strong software expertise. Strong international mix. Most products are top of their peer group. Good benefits. Strong future.

Cons

Some movement towards discouraging working from home. This is backwards for a thriving tech company. We're not Yahoo!

Thanks for sharing what your Flexera experience. I think all would agree that our CEO, products, benefits and future are strong. While I know we’ve encouraged people to live near an office, to come to the office (or else why have an office?!), I’ve never felt that I couldn’t work from home when I needed to for family obligations, etc. And our unlimited PTO (in U.S.) helps that as well.
