Pros

Paychecks don't bounce. Ken Ricci provides stand up comedy once a quarter where he brags about how many planes he is going to buy.

Cons

Management does not value seniority. Since the purchase of Flexjet it has become Floptions (Flight Options) Anything that was efficient or practical Flexjet has done away with and is now operating as a masked version of FO. The culture has changed since the company was sold. Management has the attitude that workers are replaceable. Its a keep quiet and work or find another job mentality.

Pros

Free parking, quarterly free meals, full service cafeteria, free company brand swag gifts.

Cons

Poor internal safety and security, HR and management made aware one particular senior staff allowed to sharpen knives at desk. Extreme micromanaging and bullying if you do not drop what you are working on. Consistent putting out fires, beyond stressful.

Pros

You work a lot, the days go by fast & you have great co workers. it’s a great Job but not a career. This is a stepping stone job, Majority of people use it to move onto something better. If you want just a pay check this is Perfect for you.

Cons

Flexjet is not a military friendly company everyone says this. If you are actively serving, it will be impossible to be in any manager rolls until you are out of the military. Statistically look at how many minorities are in management.. Lastly, if you look around with how fast people age working here, you’ll realize it’s not worth it. You have to hangout with coworkers here outside of work to move up. If you get your dispatch license, competitors pay 10-15K more
