      Pros

      I'm not sure if there are any pros anymore. This used to be a great place to work. The people, pay, benefits, culture were all fulfilling when this was a Bombardier company.

      Cons

      This company is now owned by DAC. Very few raises, most people don't get them any more. The benefits were cut. The social committee disbanded so the Christmas party, picnics, charity events all stopped. The new management runs things through fear and intimidation. Sometimes they sound like a bunch of whining babies.

      Pros

      Good benefits, exceptional co-workers, great team support, ability to service assigned Owners as needed to maintain effective business relationships.

      Cons

      Constantly changing management philosophy, non-transparency with new company owners, uncertainty of current staff's job security and the possibility of moving the office out of state.
