      Pros

      The people are amazing and make for a fun, collaborative environment. The product is one of the best in the business. Under Bombardier, great corporate responsibility and community involvement.

      Cons

      Organization is small, not a lot of advancement opportunities. New ownership seems shady with questionable ethics.

      Every coworker was genuinely passionate about their role in the company's well-being. It was an inspiring atmosphere. HR was kind and helpful when involved in habitual verbal abuse by ___ senior manager. Cannot say enough about my co workers! P O and T O are amazing!!!

      Cons

      Intolerable, borderline harassment, style of operational management. Complete disregard to efficient communication. Facilities and Operations is in shambles due to antiquated and inane "'voicemail and paper notes on door' communication protocol." In less than 3 months, discarded of 8+ employees before hiring me for the same position... all based on a loosely fabricated explanation which no one seems to question. "Staples not at a 90 degree angle" "Missing office chairs you didn't realize existed" "Gone to long retrieving the 3rd, freshly brewed, 1/2 Non- pour over, decaf pike roast, two shots of decaf espresso, as the first two did not work. Awful.
