A decent place to consult if looking for contracting positions compared to other consulting firm.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack communication from management side when you get the assignment and are at client location.

Pros

The culture here is phenomenal. The Company is very much focused on developing the employees. The routines set in place is phenomenal and each employee is a leader here and that is how it should be. Highly talented people work here making it a great place to network and grow.
