-you're not bored -coworkers are helpful

Cons

-low pay -no career advancement -ryan peterson the ceo is so disconnected from reality. the company has no values or culture. They dont care about employees. you are replaceable. -don't work here -No diversity, if you're a female or minority, don't expect the same treatment as the white men - Tedious work with no creativity. You will become a zombie more and more everyday -No 401K matching -They will be paying back Mayashi Son for the next 10+ years. Flexport is billions of dollars deep in debt

Pros

At my time, all new employees had the chance to be onboarding at SF for the first week which was obviously a great experience and made the difference in regards with the corporate culture and the collaboration between teams. Also, people are very friendly and flexible.
