Pros
A great culture with excellent colleagues who are happy to help and focus on getting things done. Leadership is candid and seems to have noticeably improved after setbacks, especially when it comes to the quality of senior leadership hires. The company mission is a net positive for the world. A good fit if you're young, eager to put in effort, and willing to work your way up.
Cons
Lots of growing pains, especially when it comes to processes that worked well when the company was smaller but aren't suitable anymore. Endless data quality problems, although this is gradually getting better. How well things go for employees seems to be really dependent on what team you join; some groups are a lot better than others. High employee turnover due to high workloads and big reorgs in the past year or so.
