      Huge churn - worried about long term viability of great role

      Interesting problems Growth opportunities Good colleagues, esp on more important accounts

      Massive churn. My colleagues are dropping like flies Rapidly changing goalposts for advancement <2% larger raise if you are get a "exceeding expectations" (top 15%) compared to meeting expectations (average employee) in performance reviews. This is ridiculous and highly discouraging for people who are good at their jobs. Lot of click button tasks, especially for CSAs (less so for Sr CSAs)
