Company culture is very unorganized. You have 5 bosses for 1 department due to hierarchy not being streamlined. There is also not alot of systems or training in place that helps to do your efficiently. You have to figure it out on the job as you go because management isnt very helpful and dont plan beforehand. Most importantly schedules and support are always changing
