nice office, free food, wfh occasionally, unlimited PTO, paid healthcare, talented, intelligent and friendly coworkers, and finally Flexport offers amazing solutions to their customers.

Cons

It feels like nobody is aligned on anything. The amount of meetings I was in that were useless but "preferred attendance" was excessive. Base salary could be better.

I’ve been with Flexport for 7+ years and it has certainly been a roller coaster but we’ve finally found stability and I’m very excited by the trajectory we’re on. The problem we’re solving is huge but I think we’ve figured out the fundamentals of the business which is allowing us to now think really big. Pay is very competitive, very talented folks across the board, nice perks in our offices. I really can’t complain right now.

A very turbulent industry (which is fun and exciting but boy is it a lot to keep up with.
