Awful & mismanaged

Pros

It's a job. Health insurance is outstanding.

Cons

FSI is poorly mismanaged from the very top down. They say they promote growth & have an open door policy, that's only true through nepotism contacts. Management doesn't care to hear how things could be easily improved, they rush to launch improvement projects that aren't ready & never bother to gather data/or testing from employees who have to use their products daily. If your not a mechanic/ pilot instructor you're severely underpaid for the amount of responsibility thrusted upon you. You can expect zero training, it's all learn as you go & the training you get is poor at best, it doesn't teach you how to schedule
