Table tennis table on every alternate floor.

Cons

I had a overzealous Manager who was severely lacking technical depth. This led to him randomly assigning vague tasks to engineer and let them figure it out themselves instead of helping flesh out the details. Some other people I spoke to within the company had a quite different and pleasurable experience of having somebody at the helm who understood software and was able to lay out a plan of action properly.
