Open source tech stack. It helps gain valuable experience in the career. Smart and hardworking coworkers. Given ample responsibilities right after you join. Great place for freshers.

Cons

Work life balance may be difficult to achieve at times. Higher management may have to learn a lot. They need to understand the career goals of the individuals and align them with company goals.

Pros

intelligent and interesting people ( but leaving at fast pace now) Good work life balance once u get a grasp. Technologically ahead believes in open source. Awesome office Lots to learn at least for 2-3 years when you join.

Cons

Developer and lower management paying price for bad upper management decisions. Chaos as company is growing in size it is not able to maintain the quality of people as it was few years back. Culture is degrading over that time technical knowhow might still be there but people with passion are lacking these days.
