Pros
The new AI team is great! It's a very fulfilling role with a lot of ownership and the perfect balance of research and engineering. We are staying up to date with a rapidly evolving field on a daily basis and building out a modern, enterprise-level agentic platform.
Cons
Some have criticized recent changes in processes/management but I believe this is mostly short-term pain that sets up FloQast for long term growth. Overall company seems to be heading in the right direction.
