      Pros

      Fantastic culture with a solid product in development. Great focus on work autonomy, self-responsibility, inclusion and innovation. Employees receive a personal development budget and are supported in learning and growth.

      Cons

      People who are used to having concrete processes set in place may struggle initially to adapt to frequent changes, as the company and teams are still being built.

      Flock has an incredible team and culture set on changing the future of insurance. There's a ton of room to get involved, shape how we do things, and contribute to building a diverse team.

      As with any fast-growing startup, processes break and plans change. Expect your job to evolve and be ready to take ownership of projects alongside your core role.

      Pros

      Flock has been an absolutely fantastic place to work at so far and the culture is one of the greatest things about it - it is clear that the management team value their employees' feelings, well-being and strive to make it a fun, inclusive place to work. There are ample opportunities to try different avenues and develop yourself within the company. People are always willing to help, even if they are busy themselves meaning you never feel afraid or worried to ask a question or for help.

      Cons

      Although the work-life balance is on the whole very good, we need to ensure that people are able to take proper breaks and holidays without feeling the need to still be tuned in to work.
