Pros

Amazing vibe and everyone is excited to be working to accomplish the company mission. Super supportive coworkers and managers. No micro managing. Plenty of resources to help you do your job. Great pay and the opportunity to advance through genuine hard work is there!

Cons

Things can get hectic at times and as a startup, the process can change on a dime and you need to be able to adapt. At times, it feels like your cross functional partners turn over and it can make things challenging.

Cons

This company may offer a very good looking compensation package, but don’t be fooled. They absolutely expect your blood, sweat, and tears in return. I have not gone a whole week here without various colleagues sharing about crying that week over the stress of the job. It’s not worth it. Looking elsewhere.
