If you are the type of person who enjoys pushing yourself to new heights you should work here. Flock is in a hyper growth mode and with that comes endless opportunities to define your career. The management team truly cares about what you want to do in your career and will work with you to plan a course of action to get you there. Aside from that, these are some of the most talented and kind people I have had the privilege to work alongside. People are consistently encouraging you to try new things, be innovative, and give you opportunities to work outside of your domain. You truly get to have ownership over your role.

Cons

With hyper-growth comes growing pains. You definitely need to be comfortable working in ambiguity.
