-Clear vision and goals -Excellent culture, everyone feels like family -Accessible management, you can speak up and be heard, and are always respected -Excellent pay structure -Strong benefits -Strong level of trust in employees, you are given the tools to succeed, and not micromanaged. -Work/Life balance is strong and well promoted from management

Cons

-Not a con, but there is a lot of travel in the outside sales role, while I don't mind, its not for everyone.

-Flexibility to grow within your role and career -We run a lean team so it's easy to see the impact you are making on the business on a daily basis - Leadership that encourages you to push yourself - Ability to collaborate across multiple departments to meet shared goals - I enjoy going into work each day and getting to work with such smart and driven people

Cons

- This is a start up so the typical growing pains of a start up do exist here. Things are constantly changing as we all work as a team to figure out what is going to give us the best chance to grow as a business and solve more crime.
