I have enjoyed all of the professional and personal growth over the past few years. I feel like the training here is second to none, especially coming from somebody who did not come from a finance background. With the training, I was able to assimilate into this career with very little hiccups. I also enjoy the company culture, every person I work with is the same person I can enjoy a beer with. I enjoy coming into work every day due to my colleagues and the culture.

Cons

I would definitely say, give more support to the Managers. We are definitely slammed, so having more support and development so we can continue to grow would be crucial. Being complacent and not knowing it is a major fear that I have.
