      Build your own book of business (but not your book until 3 years in), good sales and personal development

      Cons

      No base, only commission that company takes large chunk of. No real help/greater learning on how to build client portfolios. Do not sponsor you to get the certifications you need. Very shady on how you got payed in interviews and onboarding.
