      Have the freedom to essentially create your own business/work for yourself. Hard work, but you get out what you put in. Dedicated for everyone’s growth and development. If you are willing to put in the work and push yourself to learn/grow, the opportunity is nearly limitless.

      Cons

      If you want to work somewhere that’s “easy” and/or doesn’t challenge you to constantly grow and learn, it probably isn’t for you.
