Great benefits and hybrid work, but pay can be better

- good PTO and holiday breaks - most departments/colleges do hybrid work -take home computer -lots of free resources and programs working for FSU

Cons

- less money than private sector -on campus parking could be better for faculty and staff -lots of red tape to get stuff approved, etc compared to private companies
