good environment, kindly and helpful people, honestly, the work is not too much here for the first two years, later, you will have to teach solo class which involve more working times but fun
Cons
the location is a small town, so you may feel different if you come from a big city, it is very helpful for doing research, but in terms of find a job it is not convenient for interview or code visit .
