Wanted the employees to grow and it was very hands on! Great leadership experience and personal growth along the way.

Cons

It was a lot of work and the pay was not the best but there were several perks like free clothes, food, and becoming close with friends.

Internal politics are slowly destroying the programs, and their reputations... Different standards for FAMU students than for FSU students, unfortunately.
