Great flexible job, nice co-workers and other academic freedoms

Cons

Incredible salary inversion and the university is not doing much to counteract it; this is silly because the best people will leave and they'd still have to re-hire rookies at higher salaries.

Really nice working environment, all faculty members are really helping and give a good training about what needs to be done for the job.

Cons

Was only a part-time employee with very flexible working hours, so not really got in touch with office culture.
