Pros

Worked here pat time for almost 4 years. It was a great place to work. Very friendly staff and students alike. I guess that's why they call it friendly state university.

Cons

Compensation is lacking on the lower levels. Probably run into this at a lot of large state universities at this time.

Students on assistanships still have to pay for fees and classes after completion salary is based off unrealistic work hours (under-paid)
