Benefits, positive work environment, work schedule, the fact that it was a state job which helped me continue my education

Cons

Obviously, state jobs tend to be on the lower end of the pay scale although they have great stability which was how this job was

Cons

wages barely adequate (highly educated individuals are paid very inadequate wages for performing challenging work) decisions tend to be made top down rather than bottom up
