      Pros

      Good environment. Quite capital city. Good weather. Nice people. Good university. You will be happy to work at here if you are looking for a cozy and quite life.

      Cons

      Relatively poor location. Salary is not very high due to the location. Not convenient to other cities suround it. Also, the weather is hot if you don't like that.

      Pros

      I feel like Florida State University cares about me as as individual and that I am not just a number in the system of the University. It's a great place to work because you have the chance to interact with so many great people at the University, whether they are directly involved with your field of study or not.

      Cons

      It is a Government institution so there are times when the long paperwork process and bureaucracy becomes frustrating to deal with.

      It a great place to work. Tallahassee is a good place for students. The facilities available are really good for students

      The two is predominantly occupied by students and might get a little boring at times
