Quality of life benefits, motivated HR team, and very professional working environment and management team.

Cons

Decisions not well planned or thought out before executing. A lot of resources not being invested. Work environment maybe too intense at times and many workers not very good with communication.

Interesting work, overall great co-workers and joyful atmosphere.

Cons

Tech resource allocation is also mostly done by Amsterdam. There is a lot of overhead involved to get tech resources, partially caused by centralized decision making in Amsterdam. Compensation structure is becoming increasingly complicated. Not necessarily bad, but takes some effort to understand all implications. Not sure if newly hired employees fully understand what they sign up for.

Pros

I enjoy my time working at Flow Traders because of the opportunities for growth. Everyone I have worked with is smart and collaborative and I’ve learned a lot working cross functionally and with teams at the offices abroad. The daily lunches are my favorite perk and there’s always fun activities planned in and out of the office to take advantage of.

Cons

Work can be fast paced, which can be a learning curve for those who are used to a more relaxed pace with less of a sense of urgency.
