      Pros

      opportunities to learn and take responsibility are abundant. you will be challenged here, but with respect for autonomy.

      Cons

      the core business is stagnating and under performing the salary is not as competitive as it used to be due to inflation and rising cost of living. profit share incentive is great in it's nature, yet the distribution is very unequal and hardly reflects personal performance.

      Quality of life benefits, motivated HR team, and very professional working environment and management team.

      Cons

      Decisions not well planned or thought out before executing. A lot of resources not being invested. Work environment maybe too intense at times and many workers not very good with communication.
