      Pros

      Interesting work, overall great co-workers and joyful atmosphere.

      Cons

      Tech resource allocation is also mostly done by Amsterdam. There is a lot of overhead involved to get tech resources, partially caused by centralized decision making in Amsterdam. Compensation structure is becoming increasingly complicated. Not necessarily bad, but takes some effort to understand all implications. Not sure if newly hired employees fully understand what they sign up for.

      Fast-paced but very neatly organized environment. Teams are not siloed, and there's a lot of care being put into properly managing the work.

      Cons

      Change management is sometimes a drag.
