      Pros

      Working with intelligent and motivated people. Colleagues with various background from all over the world, quite handy for your travel tips as well. Bar is great to get to know other people from other departments after working hours. Company trips are the best! All staff have a grow mentality and eager to grow the business day by day

      This company still has a real entrepreneurial culture. People are valued for speaking their mind, are content driven, and their is lots of space for new ideas. Strong focus on cultural values and team spirit. Work/life balance is good and there are lots of perks for employees.

      Cons

      People that come from more corporate, steady organizations can struggle to find their place. Due to the entrepreneurial nature you need to be able to frequently adapt to changes.
