Hard work and dedication is highly appreciated Open culture, where you can express your views

Cons

You need to understand what flat structure means: there are no magical managers around to make things happen for you. You need to dig things out for yourself, and need to be the right character to be able to pull it off. This is not for everyone!

Everything under SOP and well documented. Able to take a very good experience. Working environment is awesome. Got lots of friendly colleagues.

Pros

It's been my dream to work at a company where I would not feel bored and stuck. Well, my dream came true as I got a job at Flow Traders! Everyday I get to work with people from all over the world who challenge and inspire me. The company structure is flat and non-hierarchial and surprisingly relaxed and informal for a trading company. There is no strict dress code and most people wear jeans and sneakers. LOVE. MY. JOB!

Cons

I can't really think of any cons. I guess the company ticks all of my boxes
