      Company that has so much to offer. Good work life balance given environment. Challenging jobs. Can always try something new. Reward-scheme. Atmosphere is great. Feels like a family to work at. Fun trips and activities. Inhouse has everything you need.

      This company still has a real entrepreneurial culture. People are valued for speaking their mind, are content driven, and their is lots of space for new ideas. Strong focus on cultural values and team spirit. Work/life balance is good and there are lots of perks for employees.

      Cons

      People that come from more corporate, steady organizations can struggle to find their place. Due to the entrepreneurial nature you need to be able to frequently adapt to changes.
