The historic and charming wooden in-house bar, renowned for its cozy atmosphere, is unfortunately set for removal in 2024 to make way for additional meeting spaces. Additionally, the company organises an annual offsite retreat for all employees. Furthermore, the company operates the Flow Traders Foundation, a charity organisation committed to a range of philanthropic initiatives. I've had the pleasure of volunteering and participating in these foundation charity projects, which has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience. The work atmosphere is greatly enriched by the presence of exceptionally wonderful colleagues, who play a crucial role in fostering a positive and energetic office culture. My team members and peers are truly extraordinary and technically gifted, and I genuinely consider them friends. Their presence significantly enhances our already remarkable work environment.
