1, Take on as many side projects as you want. 2. Good people. 3. Good benefits. 4. Be a leader as much as you want to be. 5. Chance to make a lasting impact wherever you go - your job is to make change. 6. Very responsive program head - she takes us seriously and is a great resource. 7. IGNITE Conference - a chance to make lasting business and personal friendships, talk and dine among leadership (CEO's, Presidents, VP's, HR leaders, etc.), develop leadership skills, and have fun. 8. Back to good people - the IGNITE engineers you'll meet in each rotation become your family.

Cons

1. Some sites use us as free labor since we're salaried and fresh out of college. On the flip side, you accidentally become an expert in certain areas. 2. Some managers can be better leaders - be more present and proactive.

Great work life balance overall.

Cons

Training was difficult because much of knowledge tends to be tribal knowledge which comes with time and everyone does things differently.

Pros

The IGNITE program does a good job of introducing recent graduates to the office workstyle. There are numerous opportunities to pick up valuable business and engineering skills, and to build your network of relationships. For the most part, the people of the company are very kind and welcoming, and the work is engaging.

Cons

IT services are consistently slow and inefficient. It takes anywhere from days to weeks to accomplish what would be simple tasks on a personal computer, or to receive something you could've bought on amazon.
