      Pros

      Flowserve Raleigh has lots of great people, the management is engaging, the business is hands on, the work is a challenging as you want to make it for yourself.

      Cons

      Clunky/old but proven systems for getting work done too many HR type secrets mysterious recruiting and hiring practices lots of red tape not for the average millennial

      Pros

      Mostly, just do the minimum requirements and your job is fairly secure, much the same as any large corporation environment.

      Cons

      Not in touch with the employees. Just does things that look good but not targeting employee or listening to what employees value. Career advancement is based on what the company needs, not interested in actually helpin you become what the company needs.

      A satisfying job with great benefits and retirement packages. One has the ability to make a good salary if the drive is there.

      Cons

      Advancement within the corporation is sometimes hindered for lack of finding a replacement for ones current position. Employees are sometimes taken for granted by management.
